MEMBANGUN GEREJA YANG DINAMIS DI ERA MODERN: ANALISIS PENERAPAN 12 PRINSIP PERTUMBUHAN GEREJA CHARLES PETER WAGNER DI GEREJA BETHEL INDONESIA "THE SEED" YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Churches in the modern era face various challenges in growing and developing. This study aims to analyze the application of Charles Peter Wagner's 12 church growth principles in the Bethel Indonesia Church "The Seed" Yogyakarta. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the Bethel Indonesia Church "The Seed" Yogyakarta has implemented several of Charles Peter Wagner's church growth principles, such as visionary leadership, effective discipleship, and targeted evangelism. However, there are still some principles that have not been implemented optimally, such as church mapping, church planting, and the use of mass media. This study recommends that the Bethel Indonesia Church "The Seed" Yogyakarta continue to improve the application of Charles Peter Wagner's 12 church growth principles to become a dynamic and growing church in the modern era.
