PERANAN PENDETA DALAM PERTUMBUHAN IMAN JEMAAT DI GWI JEMAAT EKKLESIA OENASI SOE
Abstract
This paper aims to identify and analyse the importance of the role of the pastor in the growth of the congregation's faith, what challenges are faced by the pastor in the growth of the congregation's faith, what steps are taken by the Pastor in facing the challenges of the congregation's ministry at GWI Ekklesia Oenasi SoE. To obtain complete information related to the above issues, the author conducted qualitative research by conducting field studies and literature studies from various books and journals to obtain complete and complete information. Based on this, it can be concluded that today's church leaders with the gift of shepherding must have the example of Jesus, in carrying out their leadership which is full of responsibility in making various decisions in the congregation. Shepherding in today's context is important to strengthen good community and fulfil the spirituality of the congregation. Therefore, every believer who is sent to do His will needs to proclaim Christ's salvation through evangelism.
