INTEGRASI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN SEBAGAI PRAKTIKA MUSIK DALAM LITURGI KREATIF
Abstract
Christian religious education and music arts are often considered as two separate fields within the curriculum, each with its own focus and objectives. Christian religious education focuses on understanding and practicing religious teachings, while music arts are oriented towards developing creative skills and artistic expression. This research aims to explore how integrating Christian religious education with music arts can create a harmonious balance between religious knowledge and creative skills. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research, which relies on a literature review and available documents. The findings indicate that integrating music arts into Christian religious education not only enriches students' learning experiences but also deepens their understanding of religious teachings. Music serves as a tool for internalizing religious values and enhancing spiritual expression. Additionally, this approach helps students develop creative skills that support their religious learning, such as communication, collaboration, and discipline. Integrating music arts into Christian religious education offers dual benefits, enriching religious understanding while strengthening creative skills. Therefore, combining Christian religious education with music arts can build an effective balance between religious knowledge and creative skills.
