MENCIPTAKAN PELAYANAN YANG RESPONSIF DAN INOVATIF DI RUMAH DOA TRANSFORMED COMMUNITY CHURCH (TCC) BANDUNG
Abstract
This study aims to examine the transformation of church management in creating responsive and innovative services at Rumah Doa Transformed Community Church (TCC) Bandung. Using an observational and interview-based approach, this research investigates how the church manages ministry changes and responds to its congregation's evolving needs in the digital age. The study employs direct observation of church activities and interviews with church leaders and several members to gain insights into the implementation of technology, ministry programs, and the church’s efforts in creating an inclusive and relevant environment. The findings show that TCC Bandung has successfully integrated technology, such as live streaming and social media, to reach congregants who cannot attend in person. Additionally, the church has developed small groups and practical Bible study classes to deepen the spiritual experience of its members. The church also applies a collaborative approach in developing its ministry teams, which enables more effective and responsive service to the needs of the congregation. Although challenges remain in changing the mindset of both congregants and ministry teams regarding the use of technology, the church has addressed these through training and socialization. Overall, TCC Bandung has created innovative and relevant ministry that focuses on spiritual aspects, social engagement, and community service. Through this management transformation, TCC Bandung has effectively responded to the challenges of the times, strengthening its relationship with the congregation and the surrounding community.
